Due to her handling and managing our vacation, she completely took the pressure off of me so that we could focus on the upcoming magic.
Upon arrival at our resort, everything was in place, went smoothly, easily allowing us to literally drop our bags and go the parks.
Her guidance with Lightening Lanes and Genie+ was also invaluable to help guide us to gain access to the attractions we were most looking forward to.
Though I have traveled to Walt Disney World many times, I will continue to rely on the guidance and help of an expert who provides a stress-free vacation plan. Cheri stepped into action when needed and was in contact throughout the planning process, checked in upon our arrival and was only a text away (with quick responses!) if or when anything wasbneeded, ensuring a magical stay and experience. Upon our return, Cheri was excited to hear about our adventures, our dining and share in our happy memories made. 

This was by far our BEST Disney vacation, thanks to Cheri's knowledge and help. We are already starting to plan our next vacation and will only turn to her when the time comes.
